Nikolas Theodorou
Founder and C.E.O.

Nikolas is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EQnomics® Consulting, and a Business Strategist and Excellence Trainer.

Nikolas graduated school from The American College of Greece – Pierce College, completed his undergraduate studies with honours B.Sc. (Hons) in Business Economics from the University of London – Queen Mary & Westfield College, and further obtained an M.Sc. in International Finance from the University of Surrey.

Having begun his career in a number of senior regional posts within Royal Dutch Shell, he has collectively managed regions covering the Americas, Asia and much in between while his posts held executive positions in Energy (Fossil & Renewable), Technology, Shipping, and Investment Funds.

His proven track-record is showcased with the managing and developing of balanced executives and teams, while operating high-value projects and affairs within a multitude of functions including, General Directorship & Strategy, Operations & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Supply & Distribution, Change Management, HR, Fund Management, Project Management, Public & Private sector Collaborations (PPCs) and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Nikola’s combination of knowledge and skills acquired after almost 20 years in the professional arena, is what enables him to manage, advise, and train organisations, teams and individuals on how to bring the best results they can.

Nikolas Theodorou has two daughters he loves spending time with and he currently lives in Athens, Greece. He is bilingual in English and Greek as well as being conversant in Spanish, and collaborates with organisations and individuals on a global level.

Mina K. Theodorou
Office & HR Manager
Marketing & Events Coordinator

Mina is the Office & HR Manager as well as Marketing & Events Coordinator  at EQnomics® Consulting. As a person who advocates that learning is the way forward, she believes in diverse lifelong training and keeping up with the fast-moving developments in the business world.

She is an I.B. graduate, then completed a one-year psychology course in the University of Sussex – UK and gained her B.A. in Translation from the University of Strasbourg.
Mina is also a Cambridge-certified teacher, a Cambridge examiner and recently became Business & HR certified.

Mina ensures the smooth operation of  EQnomics®  Consulting, consults on internal and project HR matters as well as meticulously organises and oversees all company events and activities.

She is constantly in the process of developing new sets of skills, which she brings into EQnomics®  in order to continuously develop its business training courses and corporate services.


Spiridoula Artavani
Creative Manager

Spiridoula is a highly skilled visual communication designer, with over 17 years of experience in her field. Her favourite type of work is creating inspiring visuals that capture the consumer; she also has extensive experience designing logos, corporate identities, websites, packaging, brochures, web ads and many more.

Currently she is the Creative Manager at EQnomics®  Consulting, and she handles all visual communication activities that take place through emails, social media, virtual and printed material as well as all presentation material needed for conferences and exhibitions. She has designed the EQnomics® logo and in 2018 took on the project of redesigning the EQnomics corporate identity. Spiridoula manages all Corporate Identity Creation, Website Creation and Social Media Management projects at EQnomics®  Consulting.


Konstantina Diamantidi
Marketing and Brand Assistant
Future Leaders Consultant

Konstantina is our Marketing and Brand Assistant bringing fresh solutions to the EQnomics brand, and a Future Leaders Consultant, specialised in providing consultation on studies abroad. She has a BA in Philosophy-Education-Psychology by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MSc in Marketing from the University of Reading. 

She also holds the Certificate for UK Agents by the British Council.

As a Marketing and Brand Assistant, she contributes to developing the marketing strategy and integrated marketing campaigns to promote the EQnomics services and business solutions. Through a variety of marketing activities, such as the production of digital content and organization of workshops and events, Konstantina maintains and effectively communicates the brand identity and credibility. At the same time, she carries out market research to keep up to date with current and future customer trends and to ensure that the EQnomics products and services meet customers’ highest expectations.

As a Future Leaders Consultant, she prepares the ground and defines the pathways that will lead students to academic and business success. She strongly advocates that each individual possesses unique qualities and therefore through personalised and trustworthy advice, adapts and designs services to ensure success. Her priority is to guide young executives & students towards performing in-depth research, discovering and making the right choice of studies based on their competencies and preferences. Konstantina provides reliable information and significant psychological support to students throughout all the stages of preparation leading to top-tier university entry.

She has cooperated with large UK universities such as Queen Mary University of London, the University of Surrey and the University of Southampton.


Tim Bosworth
Leadership Consultant

has held leadership roles in the UK, Greece and France, taking in start-up business, operational excellence, continuous improvement and strategy.

Throughout his career he has had to deliver significant business results leading to operational and strategic bottom line value of global importance. His achievements include being accountable for the sales and operations planning for 120 countries with a turnover in excess of $4bn; leading a global culture change behaviours programme which delivered $31.2m and improved key areas of communication between sales and marketing. It was during this latter programme, bringing teams together to deliver business results, that Tim identified the importance of understanding end-to-end business processes, particularly when working with multi-disciplinary and global teams.

Tim holds a BSc in Environmental Science, Edinburgh University, UK, an MSc in Environmental Diagnostics, and a PhD in Environmental Chemistry, the latter both from Cranfield University, UK. He has also trained as a Certified NLP Practitioner Coach, a Trained Insights provider, a Trained Oliver Wight Class A provider.


Yianis Athanasopoulos

the shipping industry and quickly moved to the industry of steel production in the Balkans as a Deputy General Manager. Entering the business consultation field, he is a certified Trainer by the Global NLP Training & Consulting Community by NLP-University in UCSC into various business protocol applications in order to enrich his executive consultation repertoire for professional proficiency.

Yanis holds a member position of the BOD of a group of companies and the Hellenic Alumni Association of the Manchester Business School. He is also a member of the Global NLP Training & Consulting Community, the European Board of NLP and the Hellenic Board of NLP.

In alignment with his volunteering ethics, he devotes much of his personal free time and energy supporting NPOs. He holds the chair of the BoD of Centre of Life (Kentro Zois) and he is actively engaged along with the team of professionals core goal of the Organization to educate people on AIDS and to support of HIV positive people, in order for them not to live in an environment of isolation, fear and abandonment.

PhD in HumanResource Management, she studies and approaches human potential in a systemic way and provides people with leading – edge methodologies aiming to release their resourcefulness & generativity in paradigm shifts.

As Global NLP Master Trainer, she further contributed to the Synolic® model to Human Resource Development enrichment by combining it with the NLP system. She cooperates with NLP University Santa Cruz California, to explore the latest discoveries in modelling human excellence and to design thinking processes to impact in different fields of application: professional excellence, personal success, coaching / counseling, education. 

She cooperates with Dilts strategy applying the Success Factor Modeling™ for building the success mindset in entrepreneurial projects and roles. Her author credits include NLP – Neuro-linguistic Programming Demythologised, and Parto Allios (a very Greek expression, one of its meanings being “think how you think and think it over”).
