Nikolas Theodorou

Founder and Managing Director

Mr. Nikolas Theodorou is a Business Strategist & Excellence Trainer and the Founder and Managing Director of EQnomics®.

Nikolas graduated school from The American College of Greece – Pierce College, completed his undergraduate studies with honours B.Sc. (Hons) in Business Economics from the University of London – Queen Mary & Westfield College, and further obtained an M.Sc. in International Finance from the University of Surrey.

Having begun his career in a number of senior regional posts within Royal Dutch Shell, he has collectively managed regions covering the Americas, Asia and much in between while his posts held executive positions in Energy (Fossil & Renewable), Technology, Shipping, and Investment Funds.

Ismene Karathanassi – Theodorou

Co-Founder and Director of Studies

Mina (Ismene) Karathanassi-Theodorou, has been in the field of teaching English for over 14 years. Her experience goes from teaching in 3 different countries (U.K., France and Greece) to teaching in multiple contexts. These range from an international high-school, to a language institute, to teaching in private groups of her own, and of course on a one-to-one basis where and if necessary.

Alongside this, she has also been an associate for the British Council in Athens since 1999, participating in the Cambridge Examinations as an Assistant Supervisor for Exam Centres. Last but definitely not least, has been her challenge working as a teacher for 2-5 year-olds in an English-speaking playgroup, during which she has had the pleasure of discovering how young brains work and learn.

Tim Bosworth

Tim brings a wealth of commercial experience through thirteen years working for Royal Dutch Shell.

During this time, Tim worked with a wide-range of stakeholders and leading teams of individuals within and across countries. Tim’s experience covers roles in programme, change and project management. He has lived and worked in several countries and cultures and, as a result, has developed a strong belief in team work and an approach to building strong business relationships with a diverse matrix of demanding business challenges and stakeholders. Alexandra Efthimiadou

Alexandra Efthimiadou is co-owner and Research and Development Manager of Synolic® – Development Systems, Ltd, nlpingreece®© and nlpicyprus® . She is established in the Greek market as an expert in designing and implementing customized training and coaching interventions to assist people in achieving personal excellence and professional proficiency.

In business context she has been successfully applying NLP in training modules and follow up methodologies for role leadership, functionalization alignment for building high performance at the workplace for multinational companies in Greece, Cyprus and Adriatic and Arabic countries.

Ioannis Athanasopoulos is the Business Development Director for Synolic ®nlpingreece® specializing in the implementation of the Synolic® Human Recourse Development model on various organizations and companies across industries.

The Synolic® model is a hyper-comprehensive approach in businesses which holds that the individual performance effectiveness is based not only on work related factors but also on personal related factors that account for much of human attitude and behavior.

A Marine Engineer with an MBA from Manchester Business School, he has started his career from the shipping industry and quickly moved to the industry of steel production in the Balkans as a Deputy General Manager.
